Feet, Fascia & Function Summit 2018 in association with Evidence Based Fitness Academy

World-leading presenters, an amazing venue and a day full of inspiration. This event is designed for personal trainers, movement therapists, and manual therapists of any form. It will be full of fun, information with usable, tried and tested strategies and techniques that you can implement for your clients right away.

We hope you can join us for London's second 'Feet, Fascia and Function Summit'.

Dr. Vybarr Cregan-Reid (author of 'Footnotes' and 'Primate Change') will kick off the event with an exploration of the changes that have happened in our anthropocene bodies over the last few thousand years and what we can do to get back to a better, healthier way of life.

Part of the way back to health is to use our bodies in ways consistent with how they developed and sculpted over time. If our bodies are working in harmony, movement should be efficient. James Earls (author of 'Born to Walk') will take us through some of the many ways the restrictions and niggles in one area can have knock-on effects and reduce some the efficiency mechanisms inherent in our bodies myofascial system.

Functional podiatrist, Dr Emily Splichal (author of 'Barefoot Strong', inventor of "Naboso' and owner of 'Evidence-Based Fitness Academy') will take us through powerful assessments, hacks and interventions to encourage optimal performance from our clients.

Anthony Carey (inventor of 'Core-Tex') will explore the psychology behind exercise and pain to make sure our programs and interventions are doing what we want them to do, to enhance their safety and their efficacy.

Cost: £180
